1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Verification

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

You can deposit on z7z using Mobile Banking, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support team.

Z7z only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the user's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts may be rejected.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits.
• Deposits cannot be refunded once processed — funds may only be retrieved through the standard withdrawal process.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing winnings from z7z. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–15 minutes, though in some cases they may take up to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to your own payment account.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled to withdraw winnings from a bonus.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending verification.
• Withdrawals may be held under review if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Z7z offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement and an expiry period.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once (per campaign).
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse is detected or an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on z7z are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified, meaning outcomes are completely random and unbiased. Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in account closure.

• If your connection drops during a game, your game state will be saved.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

Z7z is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Z7z reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances.

• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.
